Welcome to Marisela Rosales, LCSW therapy practice!

The motherhood journey brings many challenges.

This is a therapy practice that focuses on the wellbeing and needs of women and mothers through the various transitions, developmental phases, and vulnerable life stages of both womanhood and motherhood. Whether you seek a one-time consultation, short term, or long term therapy, I provide you with compassionate, expert, evidence-based, culturally attuned treatment and support for both you and your baby.

You don’t have to mother alone.

When pregnancy and childbirth don’t go as planned it can leave mothers feeling overwhelmed, confused, and often times alone. The truth is that 1 in 4 pregnancies result in loss and 1 in 5 mothers experience postpartum depression.

You’re not alone, and you are not to blame. With the right help you will get better.

The motherhood journey brings many challenges, but you don’t have to do it alone. Every mama needs support as she navigates pregnancy, birthing, mothering, and healing from loss or birth trauma.

A new vision for maternal care.

My mission is to transform the way that we approach wellness and mental health care during the postpartum period. My vision is that every expecting and new mother has a network of wellness, pregnancy, and birth professionals to provide her with the tools and support she and baby need during this very vulnerable life stage and that she can openly and honestly talk about her experience, including the messy and imperfect, without fear of judgement or shame.

Through individual services, community and family education, building and strengthening support systems and community connections and collaborations, we can normalize the need for help during vulnerable life stages and developmental phases, and ensure that every new mother + baby has the safety net and village that will help them thrive during the early postpartum months and beyond.

Your journey begins.
