My practice is grounded in the belief that you are the expert in what is best for you and when working on issues of motherhood and parenting, you know your baby best. My therapy approach is a collaborative one and together we will work towards meetings your personal treatment goals.

In addition to teaching you ways to alleviate common symptoms of depression or anxiety I also address issues related to relationships, having an adequate support system, improving communication styles and patterns, and addressing identity and self esteem.
