New group starts August 22, 2017. Join other mamas in a safe and confidential space to talk and learn about ways to better navigate adjusting to motherhood. This group is intended to give you with a better understanding of perinatal depression and anxiety, give you a safe space to find support and connect to other moms, and to provide you with useful and practical coping strategies for managing anxiety and depression.
Group is led by a licensed clinical social worker. Topics include coping strategies, self-care, communication with partner, and bonding with baby.
