Healing is the process of untangling and digging deep to get to know yourself over and over again as you tend to the tender spots left behind by experiences, trauma, people, places, and—most of all—the stories that have been created and replayed in your head and heart.
These life experiences can lead to disconnection, not only from others but also from yourself. A life of disconnection makes it difficult to live in harmony and alignment with your soul's path. Ultimately, healing is not only about tending to those tender spots but about rediscovering who you are.

In healing, the work is to go inward and begin peeling back the layers we created to survive, belong, and get through. Often, this means digging deep, unearthing memories, and tracing the roots of old patterns. Explore the journey of deep healing here.
